How does a challenge work?

Create a stake, invite players, and agree the game, amount, and fixture. Both stakes lock in the wallet. You play the match outside GameTake. When the game is over, both players tap End Match. The first tap starts a 10 minute countdown. If the other player misses it, they lose. Then each player submits a result. This is the same for 1v1, league, and tournament.

When do I get paid?

The prize is paid when both players confirm the same result, or when a dispute is decided. If the results do not match, the stakes stay locked until that review finishes.

Are deposits M-Pesa charges?

Not yet. Deposit and withdraw update your GameTake wallet so you can practise the flow. They do not send an M-Pesa request to your phone.

What does the green dot mean?

Green means that player has the site open. Grey means they have left or their last visit expired.

How does a team match work?

Create a team with a unique name and a leader, then invite friends. They join only after they agree. The team chat stays open. The leader opens a challenge against a free team. If the same player has joined both teams, the challenge is rejected and names that player. Only the leader can accept, reject, or suggest a new stake or time. That message stays pinned until both leaders agree. Then a new notice is pinned: the admin adds the match result with a screenshot, and everyone else sees waiting for results. Once one team adds a result, the other team has 10 minutes to add theirs or they lose. If both teams claim the win, the screenshots are checked and the stakes stay locked until that check settles it. The pot is split equally across the winning team's wallets.

What if the other player does not tap End Match?

After you tap End Match, your opponent has 10 minutes to tap End Match too. If they do not, you win. They get a warning that the time is limited. This is the same for 1v1, league, and tournament.

When does the next tournament match start?

A tournament holds at most 6 players. The host sets the first start time, and every first-round match uses it. When that round's results are in, the next matches are set for 5 minutes later. Those players can start immediately. If they do not, the match starts at that 5-minute mark.

What if other tournament matches are still going?

Each match has its own 15 minutes, starting when that match ends. If only one player adds a result, that player wins the match. If neither does, both are knocked out and their stakes stay in the pot. If one player is the only one left, that player wins and every stake is taken. If nobody in the tournament adds a result, everyone is refunded and the platform keeps its fee.

What if the other player does not end the match?

After you tap End Match, your opponent has 10 minutes to tap End Match too. If they do not, they lose. This is the same for 1v1, team match, league, and tournament.

How do I report a problem in a match?

Open the match and submit your result with evidence. If the two results disagree, the match moves to a dispute and stakes stay locked.
